Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

At Gloube Auto, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent marketplace for both buyers and sellers. Our refund policy is designed to protect buyers from fraudulent transactions while safeguarding legitimate sellers

Refund Eligibility

Buyer deposits funds into escrow –
Payment is securely held while transaction details are finalized.

Seller prepares and ships the vehicle –
The seller provides necessary documentation and tracking information

Buyer receives and inspects the vehicle –
The buyer has a set inspection period to confirm the vehicle matches the listing.

Funds are released –
If everything is as described, the escrow service releases payment to the seller.

Buyer & Seller Protection

Buyers:
If the vehicle does not meet the agreed upon terms, the funds remain protected, and a dispute resolution process is initiated.

Sellers:
Once the buyer confirms delivery, funds are transferred securely, preventing payment fraud.

At Gloube Auto, we prioritize trust, security, and transparency in every transaction.

Refund Process

  1. Buyer submits a dispute claim within the escrow protected period.
  2. Gloube Auto investigates the claim, requesting supporting evidence (photos, inspection reports, etc.).
  3. If the claim is valid , the buyer is refunded, and the vehicle is returned to the seller.
  4. If the claim is invalid , the escrow payment is released to the seller

Important:
Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or minor discrepancies that do not aect the vehicle’s functionality. For any refund inquiries, contact our Dispute Resolution Team at [input the email address for support]
